The accommodation
The apartment features two bedrooms, each equipped with a box spring bed (180 × 200 cm and 140 × 200 cm). The bright living area includes a TV and a stove, creating a cozy atmosphere for relaxing evenings.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay, including a stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A special highlight is the approximately 15 m² rooftop terrace with unobstructed views of nature – perfect for relaxing, dining, or sunbathing. Free parking is available directly at the property.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, rural location in the Walle district near Verden (Aller) and is ideal for those seeking relaxation, couples, families, or business travelers. In the immediate surroundings, you will find numerous leisure opportunities: a golf course (1.5 km) and Magic Park Verden (7 km) are nearby, as well as various paths for walking and cycling through the surrounding fields and nature. Within less than an hour’s drive, you can also reach Wolfspark Dörverden (19 km), Vogelpark Walsrode (30 km), Serengeti Park (40 km), and Heide Park Soltau (47 km).
Despite its peaceful setting, the apartment is very well connected: the motorway and the nearest supermarket can be reached in about 4 minutes by car. For an extensive shopping experience, the Hanseatic city of Bremen offers attractions such as Weserpark (24 km) and the charming historic old town (35 km).
